Summary of Service  1815: Writer. 1818: Second Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Coimbatore. 1820: Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Malabar; At home. 1824: Returned to India; Head Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Nellore. 1826: Sub-Collector and Assistant Magistrate of Nellore. 1829: Acting Secretary in the Public, Commercial and Revenue Department; Collector and Magistrate of Salem. 1832: Principal Collector and Magistrate of Salem. 1838: Principal Collector and Magistrate of Cuddapah; Acting Civil Auditor and Superintendent of Stamps; Civil Auditor and Superintendent of Stamps. 1839: At home on private affairs. 1842: Returned to India. 1843: Accountant-General. 1844: Accountant-General and Member of the Mint Committee. 1845: Resigned the service, 30th April.
