The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1823: Writer. 1825: Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Nellore. 1826: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector and Magistrate of Northern Division of Arcot. 1828: Head Assistant to the Principal Collector of South Arcot. 1829: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Madura. 1830: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Coimbatore. 1835: Acting Assistant Judge of Salem; Acting Deputy Collector of Madras. 1836: Commissioner for Drawing Lotteries; Officiating Police Magistrate. 1837: At home on absentee allowance. 1841: Returned to India. 1842: Third Judge of the Provincial Court of Appeal and Circuit, Western Division. 1844: Civil and Sessions Judge, Calicut. 1852: Resigned the service, 30th July. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1852.)
