The data are transcribed from the book compiled by Charles Prinsep published by Truebner & Co in 1885.

Summary of Service  1817: Writer. 1821: Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate of Chingleput. 1825: Head Assistant to the Collector and Magistrate Malabar. 1826: Acting Head Assistant to the Register of the Sudder Court, and Sanscrit Examiner to the College Board. 1828: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Malabar. 1830: Sub-Collector and Joint Magistrate of Canara; Judge and Criminal Judge of Combaconum. 1831: Judge and Criminal Judge of Malabar. 1833: Collector and Magistrate of Chingleput. 1835: Acting Malayalum Translator to Government. 1836: Malayalum Translator to Government. 1838: Acting Temporary Member of the Board of Revenue; Third Member of the Board of Revenue. 1839: Collector and Magistrate of Chingleput; Temporary Member of the Board of Revenue; and Malayalum Translator to Government. 1845: Collector and Magistrate, Cuddapah, and Malayalum Translator to Government. 1848: Third member of the Board of Revenue, and Malayalum Translator to Government. 1850: Retired from the service, 1st May, in India. (Annuitant on the Fund, 1850.) Died 28th November 1872, in England.
