Summary of Service  1797: Writer. 1799: Assistant under the Secretary to the Board of Revenue. 1800: Assistant under the Commercial Resident at Salem. 1801: Assistant under the Collector of Burramehal and Salem. 1803: Assistant to the Collector of the Southern Division of Arcot. 1805: Subordinate Collector of the Northern Division of Arcot. 1808: Head Assistant to the Collector of the Northern Divison of Arcot. 1809: Collector in the Zillah of Chingleput. 1811: Collector in the Zillah of Vizagapatam. 1813: Collector in the Southern Division of Arcot. 1821: Principal Collector and Magistrate in the Southern Divison of Arcot. 1826: At home on absentee allowance. (Annuitant on the Fund from 1st May 1831.)
