Description  2 June 1810 deed: purchased Barrah Factory from William Warren Wood and Richard Cahill, who were attorneys of Alexander Nowel. 5 October 1812 deed: conveyance of 7/16 Barrah Factory to Henry Hill: �Mathew Moran and Henry Hill had been several years past interested in the Factories Barrah, Motihari, and Rajpur, they having borne the expense of carrying on the factories 9/16 and 7/16 proprietors.� 12 July 1816 deed: Moran and Henry Hill purchased Turcowlia Factory from William Wood as 9/16 and 7/16 proprietors, respectively. 31 July 1829 record: Moran and Henry Hill were proprietors of Barrah, Jugalia, Turcowlia, Lallseriah, and Sukowah factories. The author wrote, �Motihari concerns must have passed to Mathew Moran some time between 1812 and 1829.�
