Summary of Service  1796 : Writer. 1799: Assistant under the Secretary in Public, Revenue, and Commercial Department. 1800: Head Assistant in the Revenue and Judicial De­partment. 1801: Assistant under the Commercial Resident at Tmnevelly; Deputy Commercial Resident at Tinnevelly. 1802: Head Assistant to the Collector of Dindigul. 1804 Register of Tanjore. 1805: Subordinate Collector of Tanjore. 1808 : At home. 1814 ; Returned to India. Died, 28th July 1815, at Fort St. George.
