Esme Rosalind Burrowes, daughter of Lt.-Col. Algernon St. Leger Burrowes and Fanny Henrietta Hoare, was born on 10 August 1886. She married Edmund Lytton Skinner, son of Colonel Monier Skinner, on 26 January 1908.
