From Private J. Worlock H.M. 3rd Light Dragoons. Wazeepabad April 1st 1852 Dear Father. I was very much pleased to receive your letterdated 7th Jan. And it is with much pleasure I sit down to answer it by return of post, I am sorry you were at so much trouble to get the �spurs- and did not suceed after all but however it is of no consequence as the season is over know and I have given great satisfaction to the officers this season I got a European �armourer- to temper a few pair and they andwered very well. Dear Father great alterations within this last six years all got and getting married I cant express myself as I would �with� but I am so pleased to think with the �blessings- of God poor cousin Ann has recovered if you should see her give my best respects and wishing much joy and happiness also the other couples the same I think �Mr.- Fitz. G. Worlock may drop me a line or two occasionally I shall always be proud to hear from any of the family.
