Sacred to the Memory of Amelia Eliza Chandlet, the beloved and lamented wife of Edward John Chandler, Sub Collector Jamjow and youngest daughter of the late Bt. Capt. John D. Fountain, 54th Regt. B.N.I. Died on the 5th Feb. 1853, aged 20 yrs. 7 ms & 20 Days. Leaving her mother, husband and other members to bemoan her loss she was a sincere friend and a truly attached wife. Etc.
